Online Purchases and Other Terms and Conditions

All purchases and transactions through Normal Chaos, including the sales of coaching services, are governed by our Coaching Agreement. You will obtain the Coaching Agreement once coaching services are purchased. The Coaching Agreement rules and regulations are additional to the terms and conditions listed on this site and remain in effect until your Coaching Agreement Contract is completed.

 

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use, your use of the Website, or your use of the concepts received in our coaching services, including, but not limited to, any use of the Website’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, or your use of any information obtained from the Website.

Entire Agreement

The Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Coaching Agreement are between you and Normal Chaos. All rules and regulations of each are active while you access NormalChaos.biz
