1on1 Coaching Services(Individual Sessions)
With 1 on 1 coaching​, you can design a coaching program that caters to your needs and goals. We work together to help you accomplish your goals, overcome challenges, in a space your feel safe to share your thoughts. With individual services only, once you complete your introductory session, you pay as you go, you do not have to purchase a set amount of coaching sessions at a time.
1on1 Coaching Services (Packages)
With There are 3 different bundle options, each providing additional services. You pay for multiple sesions ahead of time, the amount depending on which package you select. The packages offer more services and are cheaper per session than paying as you go. Packages are a good choice if you know you want more services to help make goal achievement quicker and easier.

Individual Services
YOU MIGHT BE LOOKING FOR:
Coaching services but remain uncertain on which package to select. Or you are an individual that wants to further explore coaching before purchasing multiple sessions. This is not a package, you get the option to select a 30 minute session or 1 hour, depending on whichever you decide fits your needs and goals. This is a pay as you schedule service.

The introductory session is a short meeting between the client and coach. In the meeting, the client can decide if they think the coach is a good fit. It also allows the coach to learn more about your goals, decide on what tools/assessments might be needed, an set the contract.
